“ We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, chicken fried rice, chicken wings (perfect crunch), bahn mi, and beef with lemon grass. Everything was absolutely delicious! Very high-quality flavors and portion was just right. We came on a weekday lunchtime and it was not busy. The service was good and super fast. Got our food in less than 5 minutes. ”

“ Vermicelli salad is still one of the best in the Twin Cities. ”
“ I’ve been craving bún bò huế for a while but was hesitant to try it just anywhere. After hearing that Tay Ho serves some of the best in the Twin Cities, I finally decided to check it out and wow, it did not disappoint! The broth came out piping hot, rich, and full of flavor. It was loaded with generous chunks of brisket and a pork hock that soaked up all that goodness perfectly. The meat was tender and paired so well with the noodles and herbs. The lady who served my friend and I was kind and attentive, always refilling our water and checking in on us without being overbearing. We also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls on the side. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but the spring rolls weren’t really my favorite. The pork had a slightly funky taste. The restaurant itself is cozy with tables close together, so you might catch snippets of nearby conversations. Parking can be a little tight too, but it’s manageable. Overall, the food and service here totally won me over. I’ll definitely be back for their bún bò huế and to try more items from the menu next time! ”
